Impregnated Viscose Nonwoven Fabric
Description
Core Technology
This high-performance fabric is engineered through a precise spray-impregnation process. Special adhesive glue is uniformly applied onto the viscose nonwoven web, allowing it to penetrate and saturate the fiber matrix. This method ensures deep, controlled integration. The fabric is then dried and cured, forming a stable, reinforced structure. To achieve specific functions like antimicrobial or flame-retardant properties, functional agents are evenly blended into the binder solution and applied through the same efficient spray-and-cure sequence.
Key Performance & Advantages
1. Durable & Integral Functionality: Our impregnation process permanently locks functional agents within the fabric, creating a uniform barrier that maintains performance through wear and washing, preventing agent migration.
2. Certified Safety & Biocompatibility: Produced under quality systems aligned with medical standards (e.g., EN 13795), the material is skin-friendly and designed for safe, prolonged contact in sensitive applications like wound care and surgical drapes.
3. Superior Fluid Management: The fabric rapidly wicks and retains moisture, keeping the skin or wound site dry. This is critical for infection control and promoting healing in dressings and drapes.
4. Enhanced Comfort & Wearability: Exceptionally soft, breathable, and low-linting, it provides outstanding comfort and conforms without irritation during extended use.
5. Customizable Solutions: We tailor key specifications—including basis weight, width, color, and functional properties like antimicrobial potency—to meet your specific product requirements.
Technical Specifications
The standard fabric offers a versatile basis weight range (20-80 gsm) and is available in white, blue, green, etc. It can be custom slit to various widths to fit production lines.
