Are you organizing a press conference at your exhibition space?

You have the option of organizing press meetings at the fair. We coordinate the various dates to avoid overlaps and publish your press date without additional costs in a list that we make available to accredited media representatives.

If you do not wish to host the interview at your exhibition stand, you have the option of booking a room via the team of the room rental department.

Visiting VIP or celebrity? Our service for maximum media attention

If you have invited a VIP / celebrity to visit your stand as part of your presentation, you can use the appointment to generate media attention. The media representatives will receive the appointment and can report on it.

Press compartments in the press centre

We offer you the chance to present company-specific information for journalists at our Press Centre (Torhaus, level 4).

The press display units (31x10x31cm) are big enough for A4 pages or alternatively for  two units for A3 in landscape format.

We are offering two services in connection with the press display units:

• You bring us your press material on the day before the fair begins (22 April 2024) and we do the rest, i.e., store it, check regularly that there is sufficient material in your display unit(s) and top up as and when necessary.
• We mark the press display unit with your company‘s name so it is even easier for journalists to find information about your company.

You are welcome to send us quotes, storylines, images (maximum 3 photos/JPGs) or detailed formulations about your products and your company.

What happens to the submitted material? We use the material as the basis for posts. The posts will emphasise the focus topics and the wide range of products and services at the trade fairs. We are happy to use your content and references to your special products and innovative approaches to emphasise the exceptional range of products at the trade fair. We will coordinate with you before publishing any articles in which you are mentioned. We reserve the right to shorten or edit your submitted content (product descriptions, texts) in the posting texts or to select individual sections.

Please understand that there is no right to publication of your submission.

By submitting the form, you warrant that the materials/texts/images provided are free from third-party rights and/or personal rights of any kind. Otherwise, you warrant that you are authorised by the rights holder for the purpose of use and exploitation specified here. If claims are asserted against Messe Frankfurt in connection with the publication of the materials/texts/images provided by you, in particular due to infringements of industrial property rights and/or personal rights, you shall indemnify Messe Frankfurt against all claims asserted by the third party. Should you become aware of any impairments that conflict with the aforementioned types of use and exploitation, you shall notify Messe Frankfurt of these immediately.

Access to your data will only be granted to those bodies that absolutely need it for the purposes stated above. Your data will not be transferred to third countries. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for the processing purposes listed.

You have the right to information under Article 15, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction of processing under Article 18 and data portability under Article 20. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG.
