Shieldex® EMC Enclosures
Shieldex® EMC Enclosures are used for RF measurements, mobile forensic activities and pre-compliance testing. These mobile and flexible textile Faraday cages, made of shielding fabrics, can save time and money compared to external facilities. The unique, three-layer shielding effectiveness is up to 95 dB from 0.03 GHz to 16 GHz.

Shieldex Fabrics
As the global market leader in silver-plated fabrics, we finish woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics with 99% pure silver, but also with copper, nickel and tin. A multilayer combination of these metals is also possible. Especially in the field of EMC, the fabrics provide a shielding effectiveness of up to 100 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz.

For our products we exclusively use pure silver with a purity grade of at least 99%. Thus, we consciously distance ourselves from harmful nano-silver.

High Conductive Yarns
We have developed High Conductive (HC) yarns especially for the field of electrically and thermally conductive textiles and their applications, which rely on a special conductivity of textiles. Due to an increased silver content in the individual filaments of the multifilament yarns and its twisting, we are able to produce extremely good resistance values (up to <30 Ω/m) for an optimal connection with electronic devices.

Partial metallization on flat goods
Our partial metallization technology enables us to map customer-specific, freely selectable shapes of sensors, antenna systems, bus line systems, heating coils and capacitive sensors onto flexible, stretchable material and integrate them into customer applications.
