Warp tying installations

The Stäubli MAGMA warp tying machine, in conjunction with TPF3 tying frames, is a high-performance warp tying installation for a medium to coarse yarn range. This equipment guarantees maximum efficiency during the warp change process for every weaving mill.

MAGMA T12 is particularly suitable for tying very coarse to medium count yarns as well as technical yarns of warps with 1:1 lease.

UNIVAL 500 for technical textiles

The UNIVAL 500T presents a completely new concept compared to all previously available systems. This innovative new technology provides an almost unlimited range of applications, expansion options and settings, along with unlimited shed opening freedom. With a dedicated drive for each individual heald frame, this servomotor-controlled dobby is particularly well suited to producing technical fabrics. 

Field of application:

The UNIVAL 500T is especially suitable  for producing sophisticated, technical or very dense fabrics with high warp tension.

Special advantages:

• The compact design of the drive motors means they require little space
• The drive electronics are fitted directly onto the motor housing
• The patented, height-staggered harness motion provides for up to 56 heddle frames at a 10 mm pitch
