Description

The CEIA TE Metal Detector belongs to the family of micro-sensitive bar Metal Detectors whose high quality and reliability are universally recognized by leading world manufacturers of industrial machinery. The TE Metal Detector signals the presence of magnetic and non-magnetic metal masses, both on the exterior and in the interior of the product, and stops the machine. Sensitivity can be adjusted digitally depending on the size of the metal fragments which must be intercepted and a special detection memory function also reveals the passage of several consecutive contaminants.

THS/TT

CEIA THS/TT Metal Detectors, designed for operation in high speed production lines, allow interception of all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including high-resistivity stainless steel. The system is composed of an electronic control unit and an antenna which is positioned in the path of the product to be inspected. The advanced antenna design, completely manufactured in AISI 304 Stainless Steel, ensures high stability, high immunity and exceptional reliability. DSP (Digital Signal Processing) of the Metal Detector Antenna signals allows a very high degree of sensitivity to be achieved for all metals. Microcomputer control and complete programmability simplify installation, and in certain applications can offer the capability of operating as production line controller using suitable sensors and actuators.

THS/MS21

The THS 21 Metal Detector Series is a high-sensitivity, high precision measuring instrument. The data relating to each detection and ejection are stored in an events memory and certify production quality, the inspection itself and programming operations, as well as the periodic functional test phases using standard test samples. The THS 21 Series employs an exclusive Autolearn system for wet-wipes products which allows optimization of the detection sensitivity to all metals with the maximum speed and precision, equivalent to hundreds of conventional learning transits: results in levels of precision and efficiency never before obtained. THS 21 Series Metal Detectors constantly self-test and adjust their detection characteristics during operation to ensure maximum stability and performance. Specific electronic signals are sent to the reception and transmission channels, constantly monitoring the detection characteristics. Variations are automatically compensated for to maintain stability and cancellation of product effect. This process eliminates the need for periodic calibration and ends line arrest and product waste.
