CEIA has a wide range of products to cover all Textile Detection activities, from raw material to finished products like garments, passing through recycled and weaving departments, too.One of the most appreciated and requested Metal Detectors for the Textile market is our Bar Metal Detector “TE”.TE device belongs to the family of micro-sensitive bar Metal Detectors, whose high quality and reliability are globally recognized by the leading world manufacturers of industrial machineries. The TE Metal Detector signals the presence of magnetic and non-magnetic metal masses, including stainless steel particles like AISI 316, both on the exterior and in the interior of the product, and stops or alarms the machine. Sensitivity can be adjusted digitally, depending on the size of the metal fragments which shall be intercepted and by revealing the passage of several consecutive contaminants through a special detection memory function. An unbreakable detection surface due to Stainless Steel Bars protection and highest immunity and protection against electrostatic discharges, are two of the most important features of our new Bar Metal Detector device. The goal and philosophy of CEIA, a leading manufacturer of Electromagnetic lnspection Systems, is to support Textile industry in the profitable production of safe products and to eliminate waste in the process. Producers have the need for precise technologies to meet the highlly demanding Textile standard bylaws. According to customer requests’, we are working to improve the immunity against electrical and mechanical disturbs, reducing the Metal Free Zone Area that is needed to install our Metal Detectors, still the smallest one within the Textile Market. Zero product waste due to false alarms is the goal of our mission. CEIA is a Worldwide exporter of its products. Due to a very important and high quality level of textile machines made in Italy, we achieve around 15% of our textile turnover for domestic market, yearly. Despite an awkward strange and sometimes critical period around us, Ceia has managed to achieve brilliant results in 2021, too. Due to active cooperation with Far East countries where non-woven production is rocketed, Ceia has continuosly improved the business with an extremely satisfactory final turnover. We are focused in new digital and high performances Metal Detector models. We are planning to introduce a new Bar Metal Detector for Textile, Non-Woven, paper and plastic applications, with higher working speed and detection performances. CEIA THS/MN Needle Search Metal Detectors detect ferrous and magnetic metalcontaminants accidentally present on textile products, with levels of sensitivity, immunity tointerference and response speeds designed to satisfy the strictest Quality Control requirements.THS/MN Metal Detectors allow interception of little metal pieces, like needles, or othermagnetic contaminants in a garment that has been manufactured with or without the inclusionof metallic fastenings such as zips, studs etc. THS Metal Detectors’ wide bandwidth allows maximum-sensitivity operation at both high andlow transit speeds.The THS Metal Detector electronics unit can either be programmed locally, via a keypad and displayof 80 alphanumeric characters, or be controlled from a remote computer via a standard RS232 serial interface, or be linked into a local computer network through a RS485 interface.The THS Report management software (optional) provides statistical data on the actions carriedout by the detector, on the periodic tests and on variations in the parameters, in line with ISO 9001 specifications on traceability data.

Der CEIA TE Metalldetektor gehört zur Familie der mikroempfindlichen Stabmetalldetektoren, deren hohe Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit weltweit von führenden Herstellern von Industriemaschinen anerkannt werden. Der TE Metalldetektor signalisiert das Vorhandensein magnetischer und nichtmagnetischer Metallmassen sowohl außen als auch innen am Produkt und stoppt die Maschine. Die Empfindlichkeit lässt sich je nach Größe der abzufangenden Metallsplitter digital einstellen und eine spezielle Detektionsspeicherfunktion zeigt auch den Durchgang mehrerer aufeinanderfolgender Verunreinigungen an.

The THS 21 Metal Detector Series is a high-sensitivity, high precision measuring instrument. The data relating to each detection and ejection are stored in an events memory and certify production quality, the inspection itself and programming operations, as well as the periodic functional test phases using standard test samples. The THS 21 Series employs an exclusive Autolearn system for wet-wipes products which allows optimization of the detection sensitivity to all metals with the maximum speed and precision, equivalent to hundreds of conventional learning transits: results in levels of precision and efficiency never before obtained. THS 21 Series Metal Detectors constantly self-test and adjust their detection characteristics during operation to ensure maximum stability and performance. Specific electronic signals are sent to the reception and transmission channels, constantly monitoring the detection characteristics. Variations are automatically compensated for to maintain stability and cancellation of product effect. This process eliminates the need for periodic calibration and ends line arrest and product waste.
