- ST-Type metallic yarn is a filament core yarn (nylon, polyester, rayon) that is fully covered (“round covered”) with metallic yarn (M-type metallized film) at regular intervals to give a strong metallic finish with durability and shine.
It’s most commonly used for machine embroidery, hand embroidery, decorative woven/trims, labels, lace, and fashion fabrics.
Core Materials & Denier Options (Typical Industry Range)
