Main features of Teflon mesh belt
1.Anti adhesion,easy to clean.Various oil stains, stains,or other attachments attached to its sur- face;Almost all adhesive materials can be easily removed,such as pastes,resins,paints,etc.
2.Good dimensional stability and strong tensile strength,good mechanical properties.
3.Excellent temperature resistance,can be used in the temperature range from -170℃ to +260℃ .
4.Resistant to microwave,high frequency,ultra- violet rays(UV)and infrared rays(IR)
5.Teflon coating is resistant to chemical corro- sion and can withstand almost all organic sol- vents
6.When Kevlar⑧,Nomex⑧is the base material, the belt has good flexibility and folding resis- tance
--The base mesh fabric can be glass fiber, Kevlar⑧,Nomex⑧etc,depending on different application.
