It was developed as industry software specifically for the requirements of the textile and apparel industry and is used throughout the entire value chain - yarn production, textile processing, finishing, make-up and trade. texware/ERP is used as industry software specifically for the textile and apparel industry within the entire value chain as an ERP system - yarn production, textile processing, finishing, make-up and trade. Both in fully integrated companies and in highly specialized production or trading companies.

Specially developed for the requirements of the textile industry, texware/MES offers a comprehensive number of functions to digitally map your production processes, optimize and ensure process reliability throughout the entire production chain. The solution can be flexibly adapted to the needs of your company and can be integrated into your existing ERP system (SAP, Navision, texware/ERP or similar).

texware/Monitoring enables precise, real-time-oriented and, above all, permanent machine data acquisition, monitoring and analysis in production.
The easily configurable dashboard displays the data from the machines that are connected directly via the OPC-UA interface or by means of external sensors (retrofit). Digitize your production by making declarations directly at the machine terminal and not only recording them at the end of the shift.
The following machines are connected to texware/Monitoring: Weaving machines, tufting machines, braiding machines, coating lines, dyeing machines, stenter frames, ring spinning machines, cards, combing machines, twisting machines and others.
The stand-alone solution texware/Monitoring runs on all browser-enabled end devices and can be connected to any ERP system.
