RA VISION is a Thema 2 patented instrument for the first visual controls of the yarn bobbins produced in the spinning process (extrusion and take-up winders lines). Optical verification of a wide range of yarns, to be defined according to specific needs. The interface with the PLC for automation management can take place through the computer network or with the assistance of simple digital exchanges. The instrument conducts the whole series of checks, automatically classifying the bobbins by quality based on the percentage and type of defects collected and verified. All the detected parameters, in addition to being stored on the instrument PC, can be transmitted by a computer network (wireless or Ethernet cable) to the Company Management system and shared on a common DB for complete traceability of the quality control performed and consequent correct production management. For each project with transport on conveyor belts or overheads, Thema 2 will develop a specific design and realization to provide the best solution suitable for the production of each end User.

ARA COLOR is a Thema 2 patented instrument suitable for identifying possible differences in color tones of yarn bobbins of the same lot. Able to memorize the color of a bobbin sample (Master) and then to verify with extreme rapidity and precision, the differences in the tone of the outer surface of the whole yarn bobbins lot, for a precise selection of it.

The instrument with a laser system for quick measurement of the yarn’s spools-bobbins density, diameter, and weight of all kinds of yarns with continuous filaments. For the color, whose analysis data will be associated with the densimeter functions data, it will be necessary to start from the color acquisition of the sample bobbin (master) proceeding with the acquisition of a defined number of images, up to Nr 8 (one for each frequency).

All the detected parameters, in addition to being stored on the instrument PC, can be transmitted by a computer network (wireless or Ethernet cable) to the Company Management system and shared on a common DB for complete traceability of the quality controls performed and consequent correct production management.

TAC80 is a device with a meter counter on every single position on multi-head textile machines, suitable to be utilized on cops winders, bobbin winders for flanged bobbins for elastane covering process, re-winders for every kind of cones or bobbins and on texturing machines too. With the use of the TAC80 meter counters, a perfect result will be achieved in the yarn preparation before the twisting operation and in the covering process too, where the preparation of meter length windings perfectly equal among each single position is necessary. In the warp process, the yarn perfect length of the bobbins or cones utilized on the creel is considered as a standard. The precision in the measurement of the wound meters determines a series of advantages for increasing the production efficiency, for the reduction of energy consumption, for the better efficiency and optimization of the machine’s operations, and the drastic reduction of the yarn waste.
