LDCS SMART EVO is a Thema 2 patented instrument equipped with a laser system for the control of weight, diameter, volume, and density parameters of the yarn spools/bobbins. The perfect instrument to be used in different production areas, easy to move and to be electrically plugged in, then immediately ready for the spools/bobbin’s controls. Under request, the instrument can be connected by internal net or Wi-Fi to the company PC, and in every position inside the production areas, it can be "seen" from the office PC.

LDCS SERIES, LASER SYSTEM FOR THE DENSITY CONTROL OF THE YARN BOBBINS preventively allows to selection of lots of yarn bobbins with homogeneous characteristics of density, weight and diameter to allow dyeing process avoiding the classic problems connected to hardness differences among the spools/bobbins of the same dye bath. The creation of exportable EXCEL files and diagrams allows the immediate availability of a series of information concerning production quality.
