About us
Textiles Omnes is a Colombian company with more than 70 years experience in manufacturing high quality fabrics. Our range of products covers a variety of technical uses: heavy duty fabrics for rubber (EP-EE-PP) and PVC conveyor belts, tire reinforcement fabrics (Chafer), Liners polypropylene, woven geotextiles, ballistic protection, filtration and coating applications.

Capacities:
- Produce fabrics with twisted, bulked and flat yarn.
- Develop dipped fabrics up to 73” / 185 cm width.
- Develop greige fabrics up to 153” / 380 cm width.
- We can also do any type of finishing service: Heat setting and dips

Chafer for Tire Reinforcement, Hoses and Diaphragms: MOBILTECH
Application: Agricultural and conventional tires production, hoses and Diaphragms.
- Our fabrics are made with Nylon - Polyamide 6 o 6.6; texturized or Twisted; Multifilament or monofilament.
- We produce fabrics in a wide range of weights 100 – 350 Gr/m2.
- We produce dipped fabrics up to 190 cm - 75 inches width.
- We produce greige fabrics up to 380 cm -149 inches width.
- We use a variety of fibers: polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, aramid, fiber glass and cotton.
Woven Geotextil Fabric
Application: Reinforcement of roads, reinforced containment of soil, embankments, improved bearing capacity of soils, erosion control, slope protection
- Our fabrics are made with polyester high tenacity, Nylon - Polyamide 6 o 6.6 and texturized polyester.
- We use a variety of fibers: polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, aramid, fiber glass and cotton.
- We produce fabrics in a wide range of weights 190 – 800 Gr/m2.
- We produce greige fabrics up to 380 cm-149 width.
- Fabric weave type: Twill, Plane (1:1 2:2 3:1) and Oxford.
Ballistic fabrics
Application: Car Armoring and vest
- We produce fabrics with the support of Twaron – Teijin yarn.
- We produce ballistic panels of 3.06 m2 (153x200cm) for car Armoring and also deliver cut pieces ready to install in the car.
- We produce anti fragment Twaron (aramid) or nylon blankets or mats for car floor.
- Fabric weave type: Twill, Plane (1:1 2:2 3:1) and Oxford.
- We use a variety of fibers: polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, aramid, fiber glass and cotton.
Conveyor Belt Fabric: INDUTECH
Application: Rubber or PVC Conveyor belt production for mining, industry and agriculture.
- Our fabrics are made with high tenacity adhesive activated yarns and Nylon. All range of EP – EE – PP fabric type.
- We produce fabrics in a wide range of weights 340 – 2000 Gr/m2.
- We produce dipped fabrics up to 190 cm - 75 inches width.
- Fabric weave type: Twill, Plane (1:1 2:2 3:1) and Oxford.
- We produce greige fabrics up to 380 cm-149 inches width.
- We use a variety of fibers: polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, aramid, fiber glass and cotton.
Liners and Canvas guide Calandria
Application: Fabrics used to separate layers of rubber for storrage.
- Our fabrics are made with flat or twisted polypropylene multifilament and also monofilament on the weft.
- We produce fabrics in a wide range of weights 170 – 450 Gr/m2.
- We produce greige fabrics up to 380 cm -149 inches width.
