Less time, less water, less energy – ecodye is a specially developed auxiliary concept for polyester (PES) dyeing processes. The technology accelerates the dyeing process of yarns and piece goods, thereby saving resources and costs, while simultaneously protecting the environment. Fields of Application:

LAVAN ESA provides for maximum effective removal of unfixed reactive hydrolysate during

discontinuous and continuous aftersoapings of reactive dyeings and printings. In particular, it is also effective in the presence of higher salt concentrations and in hard water, where normal after-soaping agents no longer work.

LAVAN ESA works regardless of the pH-value of soaping liquor and the material. Any fluctuations are therefore balanced out and right-first-time production is supported. Since LAVAN ESA prevents the dye from back-staining, it is also very suitable for soaping reactive printings. The soaping of reactive dyeings and -prints can be shortened at a high level, which is associated with considerable cost savings.
