EDOLAN® Bio-PT
EDOLAN® Bio-PT is a 40% solids bio-based aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. The bio-based content is 38%. EDOLAN Bio-PT is suitable as topcoat on several different substrates ranging from cotton, polyester, and polyamide.
EDOLAN® Bio-PT is developed for textile coating applications. The main application areas will be technical textiles like, backpacks, tents and outdoor. However is also suitable for padding for home textile applications where polyurethane based stiffening is needed. Here EDOLAN® Bio-PT outperforms fossil-based polyurethanes on price and performance in many cases.
EDOLAN® Bio-PT needs to be formulated with several additives for optimized performance when applied as coating. Hardness of the coating film can be optimized by mixing with EDOLAN® Bio-PB.

EDOLAN® Bio-PB
EDOLAN® Bio-PB is a 50% solids bio-based aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. The bio-based content is 56%. EDOLAN® Bio-PB is suitable as basecoat on several different substrates ranging from cotton, polyester, and polyamide.
EDOLAN® Bio-PB is developed for textile coating applications. The main application areas will be technical textiles like, backpacks, tents and outdoor. EDOLAN® Bio-PB may also be used by screen application in the correct formulation.
EDOLAN® Bio-PB needs to be formulated with several additives for optimized performance. Hardness of the coating film can be optimized by mixing with EDOLAN® Bio-PT.

BAYGARD® LTR 01
In a world with growing environmental awareness, TANATEX’s BAYGARD® LTR 01 is the eco-friendly answer to fluorocarbons. It is fluorine free, without cutting down on quality. With this product, you can create modern state-of-the-art outdoor, sportswear and technical fabrics such as awnings, boat covers and outdoor furnishing. BAYGARD® LTR 01 is suitable for all fibres, but works best on synthetics.

TANAJET™ Bio-Switch
TANAJET™ Bio-Switch is a nitrogen-free urea replacement for inkjet printing ensuring between 80-
100% bio-based content. TANAJET™ Bio-Switch is the answer by offering TANAJET™ Bio-Switch UR for reactive inks suitable for cellulosic, silk and wool. While TANAJET™ Bio-Switch UA is developed for acid inks suitable for polyamide, silk and wool. By using a nitrogen-free urea replacement in your inkjet preparation process, you are able to limit handling issues caused by urea, reduce water treatment costs as well as lower the risks of any possible issues with future tightened nitrogen regulations.

TANAFINISH™ Bio-Dry
The newest bio-based moisture management agent for synthetics. Containing the active ingredient
Aloe Vera making it bio-based and vegan whilst being at least on par in its performance compared to traditional alternatives.
