Suntex filament fiberglass fabrics with dry silicone coating on one or two sides is a high performance, multi-purpose composite material made of asbestos-free, fiberglass filament yarns. this fiberglass fabric features outstanding water, chemicals, oil and high temperature resistance, excellent resistance to weather aging, high strength, good abrasion resistance, and durable. it's a good ideal for fire doors, fire curtains, welding fire blankets, thermal insulation cover, expansion joints, non-metallic compensator, and anti-corrosion sector.

This is a medium weight fiberglass fabric treated with a specially formulated polyurethane polymer.

It is applied for textile air distribution system. The other applications for the manufacturer of smoke and fire curtains, blinds, cavity wall fire barriers and other types of smoke and fire control systems.

This is a heavy weight texturized fiberglass fabric impregnated with two sides specially formulated vermiculite solution. It offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally in 750ºC.

It has high temperature and abrasion resistance and good mechanical properties for fabricating. Vermiculite treated fabric is primarily used in hot work such as welding and burning operations and fire/welding protection and flexible expansion joints. It is useful for high temperature thermal and electrical insulation in severe application environments.

Suntex fire curtain materials from light duty to high duty, 60 minutes to 180 minutes, can totally meet EN13501 rules. our basic fabrics are e-glass fabric, E-glass fabric with s.s wire reinforced, or high silica fabric. Treatments are PU, silicone, aluminum, silica, or graphite. The coating is formulated with inorganic materials and will not produce hazardous outgassing. Suntex has been tested to ensure they exceed nationally recognized fire codes.
