Description
Conductive yarn is made of silver coated polyamide yarn or a certain proportion of stainless steel fiber and ordinary fiber blend. It is a kind of yarn with electrical conductivity and metallic luster, excellent mixing uniformity; with dyeing, high strength and high cost performance. It includes blended yarn for electromagnetic shielding, blended yarn for anti-static use, and blended yarn for conductive purposes.
Within the electromagnetic frequency band of 30 MHZ-3 GHZ, the electromagnetic shielding efficiency can reach 20~70 dB; the anti-static blended yarn strength is high, and the surface resistivity of the fabric is less than 107; after multiple washing, the anti-static performance is long-term effective, the electromagnetic shielding performance is basically unchanged, and has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance; thin, light and soft, air permeability and good performance, easy to stain and sew.
