In our production line as we have polyester fiber, also we have polypropylene fiber too. With our profesional production team we are producing polypropylene fiber from 100% PP. We are producing from 3 dennier up to 30 dennier PP fiber. Fiber lenght is 30 mm up to 150 mm. 

A high-quality micro Monofilament is made up of polypropylene fibers. Fresh concrete by increasing the capacity to change the way in concrete to control plastic shrinkage çatlakarını and manufactured to reduce. Can be solved in water for 1 m3 of concrete were prepared in small packages.

Ricon-Ferro dosage varies between 1-10 kg/m3 on different applications. Ricon-Ferro usually is been used between the dosage of 2-4 kg/m3 on the average ground conditions and under average repelling and ground concrete average loads.

For the homogenous mixture, it is just enough Ricon-Ferro to be put on the aggregate band in the concrete plant or added to the concrete mixture are enough.

If it is requested to be mixed on the construction site, it is recommended to add determined dosage to the truck mixer and mix for 5 minutes minimum. After this process, the homogenous mixture will be obtained and no other labour will be needed to place concrete.

In different colours, denniers, and lenght we are producing Polyester Stable Fiber. We are able to produce Polyester Stable Fiber from 3 dennier up to 30 dennier. Fiber lenght is from 30 mm up to 150 mm. With our high standart labaratory we are able to reach which colour our customers want.

SS Nonwoven Fabric

Ribond offers spunbond nonwoven fabric made of 100 % PP fibers with 2 S beams. SS fabric has a good uniformity and good visual appereance. Also 2 S beams provide good tensile strength which is also a main performance measure.

We offer 240 cm and 320 cm maximum width. Regular SS spunbond fabric has a wide range of application area in many industries. So we make the slitting into the required widths and we can offer any color upon customer request.

SMS Nonwoven Fabric

As their general classification spunmelt nonwovens, have a good water resistance performance. This water resistance performance separates the SMS and SMMS from regular spunbond. Spunmelt nonwovens are made of 100 % PP fiber. Thanks to the water resistance, it is used in filtration and/or barrier applications. Despite the water resistancy, the spunmelt products still have the air permeability.

We offer the spunmelt nonwovens in maximum 320 cm width also we make the slitting in to the required dimensions. According to the application, we produce colored spunmelt, also we can offer bi-color nonwoven.
