PLM Impianti has designed the TRAXELL robotic handling systems, capable of automatically creating pallets ready for delivery. Engineered for maximum flexibility, these systems are available in various models to perfectly adapt to the specific product type and the required number of palletizing positions.

TRAXELL solutions are designed to be integrated into existing production lines or to operate in total autonomy, consistently ensuring an optimized workflow.

Specifically, the TRAXELL PK300 stands out for its high handling efficiency:

• The core of the system is an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a specialized mechanical manipulator for the precise picking and placing of rolls.
• It can be equipped with multiple discharge stations to manage complex flows and high volumes.
• The system can include an automatic interlayer dispenser which, using handling grippers, places a protective layer between each tier of palletized rolls.

The DYNAPAK packing machines are designed according to two main principles: modularity and flexibility. The machines can work with two polyethylene rolls at the same time in order to optimise the package by using only the necessary quantity of polyethylene without producing any waste. Through a specific patented system it is possible to change the two polyethylene working widths automatically. The machines are equipped with two or four storage positions suitable for polyethylene rolls of the same or different width.

Inspection machine suitable for technical fabric with variable thickness from 0,3 to 20mm, as automotive interior, nautical fabric, shoes fabric, insulation fabric... Inspection table with adjustable inclination from 0° to 50°. Machine available with measuring certification with a maximum error of ±0,1÷0,5%. This machine assure the increase in the quantity of first-quality product in the following working phases.

The ROTRON MHK inspection, cutting and trimming machines are equipped with a cutting and trimming device and systems that allow high flexibility in adjusting the tension applied to the fabric, in
order to obtain a constant process controlled by load cells. The ROTRON MHK10 machine is particularly suitable for the inspection, cutting and trimming of technical items, laminated or coupled fabrics.
