About us
Pennel & Flipo designs, validates and produces ORCA-engineered fabrics to protect Man, Equipment and the Environment.
Pennel & Flipo operates from a state-of-the-art plant, located in Belgium, centralizing production, R&D & Sales. Core competencies in rubber compounding, textile coating/calendering and vulcanizing are integrated.
Pennel & Flipo is producing more than 1.6 million sqm of ORCA coated fabrics per year using various elastomers (NR, CR, CSM, NBR, EPDM, Silicone...) and textiles (PES, PA, Aramid...).
To improve global service to customers and time-to-market, Pennel & Flipo has set-up local sales offices and advanced inventories in Europe, USA and China.
Since 2015, Pennel & Flipo is part of Flex Composite Group (FCG), offering "Innovative materials for Innovative solutions". With the support the group, Pennel & Flipo has been able to acquire further expertise on thermo-plastics (TPU).

ORCA T fire resistant fabrics for mass transit solutions
