About us
NYLON 6 and 6.6 YARNS FOR THE MOST DEMANDING APPLICATIONS AND BIOPOLYMERS FOR NONWOVENS
With more than 50 years producing nylon fibers and polymers, our commercial and technical expertise makes NUREL a reliable supplier of polyamide yarns. Our continuous reinvestment in R&D and our focus on quality, enable NUREL’s products to be assigned to the most demanding markets and applications. NUREL’s production is totally integrated, our now-how is based on our experience in polymer chemistry, spinning techniques and draw-warping expertise. We strive hard to improve our efficiency by reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse effect emissions and by minimizing waste in our processes. Our energy consuption comes 100% from renewable resources. We identify environmental risks related to our operations and apply prevention procedures to avoid any environmental accidents. NUREL is ISO 14.001 and 50.001 certified. We analyse our impact on the environment. So that, we are committed to undertaking Life Cycle Assessments of our products.Or R&D effords are focussed on new sustainable fibres such as Biodegradable PA, Recycled Nylon and reduced CO2 footprint fibers. Because sustainability does matter.
We recently have developped a range of Biopolymers for nonwovens applications, that are biobased and compostable.

Our Commitment to Sustainability
Consistent with our commitment, to environmental stewardship, our plant is powered by our in-house photovoltaic solar plant. This strategic decision supports our objective to significantly reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable operational growth. The facility has been meticulously designed to optimize resource efficiency and minimize waste production
One Site, One Sustainable Goal
Aur spinning production is an integral part of our comprehensive Zaragoza site ecosystem, which encompasses polymerization, recycling units, and facilities for spinning, drawing, and warping. This integration highlights our holistic approach to textile manufacturing, ensuring that each stage, from raw materials to the final product, is carried out with efficiency and sustainability at every step.

Our Products

XTRA-DRY
Moisture management PA 6 and 6.6 Yarns.
Our special cross section has been designed to encurage moisture management and wicking.
Helps to reduce wet feeling during sport activity maintaining the highest standards of comfort. Thanks to its special propeller cross-section, XTRA_DRY provides a quicker evaporation of moisture and sweat. Its four channels encourage the fiber to absorb moisture and “pull” it away from the skin to the outer side of the fabric where it can easily evaporate.
Available in PA 6 & 6.6. Flat and textured yarns. Available counts: 22/14, 44/14, 44/28, 44/34, 56/34, 78/28, 78/68.
Also available with permanent antibacterial effect.

NERIDE CIRCULAR & BIOCIRCULAR
NERIDE Biocircular is a nylon 6 yarn that utilizes resources derived from bio-waste materials. NERIDE Biocircular is sourced from materials such as used cooking oils (UCO) and by-products from the food chain.
NERIDE Biocircular nylon fibers are 100% of biological origin, with the origin of the raw materials certified by ISCC Plus.

RECONYLON
Reco Nylon is a reclycled nylon 6 yarn 100% made of pre-consumer waste. Reco Nylon reduces dependence on non-renewable resources
At all stages of our product life cycle we strive to use resources efficiently, we favor the use of sustainably-managed resources and target zero waste.
Thanks to our advanced technologies, NUREL revalorizes the discarded nylon material, which is divertied from the waste stream during our manufacturing process, by re-converting it into Reco Nylon® yarn, thus closing nylon life cycle.
All this process is certified by Global Recycled Standard (GRS) by meeting its fair labor and environmental impact requirements.
- 100% recycled NYLON 6
- recycled PA6 pre-consumer
- GRS Certified
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
- Reco Nylon fibers deliver similar quality and performance to standard yarns.
- It is available in high range from 33 to 78 dtex.
- NUREL excellence in fiber production ensures an optimal performance for sustainable fabrics oriented to sportswear, swimwear and underwear.

NERIDE BIO
NERIDE Bio is a Biodegradable Nylon 6 yarn.
Obtaining biodegradable synthetic fabrics is now a reality thanks to our latest development.
With performance similar to standard Nylon 6, the main benefit of NERIDE Bio is that at the end of its useful life, it biodegrades at a similar rate of a cellulosic yarn.
NERIDE Bio has been tested to biodegrade in aerobic and anaerobic environments.

NOVAREL COSMETOTEXTILES
Our researchers have developed NOVAREL technology, a unique method that incorporates cosmetics embedded into the nylon fibers in a homogeneous way. During the garment use, cosmetics are released providing different benefits to the skin. These benefits have been scientifically tested by independent laboratories.
Our patented microcapsules have been specially designed using nanotechnology to preserve, contain and release different kinds of active principles that help to maintain and enhance the skin beauty.
