SENSIL ByNature is the industry-first premium Nylon 6.6 that is crafted with an innovative production process that replaces a portion of the ingredients traditionally derived from fossil feedstock with renewable raw materials. This cuts down on consumption of fossil feedstock, reduces greenhouse gases, and substantially improves the sustainability profile of apparel made with SENSIL ByNature fabrics.
Sensil® BioCare is a polyamide 6.6 yarn that features a built-in technology that is proven through an independent lab to break down Sensil® BioCare fibers substantially more rapidly than conventional nylon in oceans and landfills, decreasing the impact on the Earth’s ecosystems.

SENSIL® WaterCare
Sensil® WaterCare is infused with natural coloring agents during the
extrusion stage. That means that resource-intensive fabric or garment dyeing can be
completely eliminated from the downstream finishing process resulting in significant
water and energy savings.
Eliminating this finishing process saves 100% of the water used in dyeing, up to 24,000
liters per ton of fabric. Energy consumption and chemical use also decline significantly.
Also, eliminating the dyeing process reduces water treatment requirements and the risk
of pollution to rivers, lakes, oceans and water reservoirs.

energy and create products that are as richly beautiful as they are responsible
SENSIL® BREEZE
SENSIL® Breeze premium Nylon 6.6, with its unique cooling sensation, has been tested and shown to reduce body temperature.
- Wide surface area achieved with a flat cross section structure, allows for quick transfer of heat away from the body.
- Unique polymer which contains inorganic micron particles further increases surface area and forms small channels to promote cooling.
- Special texturizing process creates a low-bulk yarn which gives garments maximum breathability and ventilation.

SENSIL® INNERGY
SENSIL® INNERGY is a Nylon 6.6 fiber with a built-in, naturally occurring mineral additive that converts the human body’s thermo-energy into Far Infrared Rays (FIR). Reflects fir rays back to the body causing deep, gentle heating that invigorates and tones the body, enhances muscle elasticity and athletic performance.

SENSIL® HEAT
SENSIL® Heat premium Nylon 6.6 warms from within. This unique, environmentally responsible fiber is made with coffee charcoal repurposed from coffee bean shell residue.
The specially-crafted coffee charcoal and oxide additive integrated into the yarn absorb and capture body heat for an extended period of time.
