MAGNETIX Lamination Sp.z o.o. Sp.k. is specialist in creating highly functional technical-textile laminates for demanding industries.
We are a family-owned business established in 1996 in Łódź, central Poland, a city with a rich textile history.
Our mission is to create and deliver personalised and innovative solutions that allow our clients to succeed and stay ahead of the competition in changing market conditions.
We create specialized textile composites for many demanding industries. The portfolio of our clients includes the world's largest corporations as well as local producers. Our laminates are used, among others, in the interiors of leading car manufacturers, medical equipment, furnitures and clothing.
Our machinery park includes 5 lines in three different laminating technologies that enable us to handle a wide variety of projects. Our activities also include automatic cutting, fixed-temperature embossing and a parts wrapping.
As a result of our work, we can provide both a laminate and a finished product tailored to the client’s needs. The experience gained over the years has resulted in the development of a network of trusted partners. This allows us to expand our scope of activity with proven materials and services to create a comprehensive customer service.

Hotmelt lamination
Hotmelt lamination is the most versatile method of joining materials, allowing the material to be joined without the use of foam as an adhesive. By using an adhesive, the laminated material becomes more resistant to tearing, washing and high temperatures, while maintaining the vapour permeability of the bonding layer.warstwy łączącej.
This state-of-the-art and fully controlled process uses a reactive adhesive that is suitably heated prior to the lamination and applied to the materials to be joined using an engraved roller. This ensures that the adhesive is evenly distributed and that the resulting textile system retains the properties of the individual components.
With Hotmelt lamination technology, our machinery allows the production of laminates up to 240 cm wide and 10-15 mm thick. Possible adhesive application ranges from 5 to 140 g/m2.
Flame lamination
Create a durable and attractive laminate using the flame method, which will not only provide the fabric with durability, but also the highest aesthetics. Flame lamination is a technically advanced process that allows you to obtain unique connections of fabrics, artifical leather and other textiles using a special foam that melts under the influence of high temperature. This treatment allows the materials to be functional and additionally resistant to various types of factors, while maintaining the aesthetic values of the joined textiles.

Flatbed lamination
Flatbed lamination involving thermal adhesives that do not require long periods of curing and drying.
This technology allows for a wide selection of types and forms of glue, such as powders, webs and films. Due to the specificity of the process, it is possible to laminate very thick materials, also in the form of boards.
Depending on the needs of your company, we are able to create a variety of laminates that will significantly improve the quality of the products your company offers. Thanks to lamination, we extend the durability of fabrics, protect them against various types of external factors and give them additional aesthetic values.
With Flatbed lamination technology, our machinery allows the production of laminates up to 180 cm wide and 150 mm thick.
Automated cutting
The automated cutting machine provides a head positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm and a cutter drive accuracy of 0.01 mm, achieving very high precision and repeatability and minimal material waste.
The template for preparing the layout can be provided to us in any form. Thanks to modern component design software, we are able to digitise even traditional paper sewing patterns. Before cutting, the material is lagged, allowing even several layers to be cut out at the same time.
We also offer cylindrical cutting. This method allows materials to be cut using a die.
With the cutting service, we are able to quickly deliver the parts ready for further sewing.
Embossing
Termal embossing is an innovative and advanced process that allows you to create unique patterns and logos on foam laminates and thermoplastic materials. This method involves embossing a pattern under the influence of temperature on previously laminated material, using a specially prepared matrix.
The embossing process allows you to obtain durable and attractive patterns on the surface of materials that are used to create logos and personalize products. Extremely attractive designs of this type are used in the clothing and advertising industries and wherever emphasis is placed on product personalization and their highest quality.
