About us

Lamberti, founded in 1911 is a science driven company and producer of chemical specialties. It is  dedicated to innovation and development of sustainable and environmentally friendly waterborne synthetic and natural polymers for all surfaces. Lamberti has dedicated team of globally present experts in textile and strong technological expertise in manufacturing of:

  • Natural Polymers: carboxymethyl cellulose and hydrocolloids
  • Waterborne Synthetic Polymers: acrylic & polyurethane
  • Oleochemical and fatty derivatives
  • Polymer beads - acrylic and polyurethane
  • Hydroxyapatite and Active Ingredients

Heart of our research activities are located at the Technology Centre in Albizzate (Varese, Italy), an area of about 5000 m2 dedicated to laboratories and research scientists. Lamberti’s global presence includes applied research laboratories in strategic geographic areas - USA, China and Brazil, which enable us to be closer to our partners.

Our film formers, rheological additives, matting technologies, wax dispersions, defoamers, wetting & dispersing agents and thickeners. All of which is supported by an array of industrial technologies with strong Research & Development (R&D) Departments located in Italy and abroad. Our approach lies in a strong mix of science and experience offered to our customer’s, defining and selecting the right technology while proposing tailor made solutions.

Lamberti’s product range provide high performance building blocks and ingredients to create innovative solutions for textile.
