Lacing threads for electric motors are produced from high tenacity PES threads to provide low elongation and durability. Special finishings are applied for specific purposes, based on the motor type and place of use.

For machine lacing/sewing lubrication is applied to provide resistance to high needle temperatures and increase productivity and for hand lacing/winding, waxing is applied to ease in use.

Also other specific applications may be performed for special motors such as refrigerator motors which work in closed enviroment and must be lubricant free.
