Our Products
Harness Cord
High tenacity, low elongation polyester yarns are used for braiding, special anti-static and friction reduction chemicals are applied under high temperaturs and high tensions to minimize the elongation and failure due to abrasion after repeated use.
0.8 mm - 1.2 mm cords are recommended for velvet and label weaving and 1.2 - 2.0 mm cords are recommended for carpet weaving.

Motor Lacing Threads
Lacing threads for electric motors are produced from high tenacity PES threads to provide low elongation and durability. Special finishings are applied for specific purposes, based on the motor type and place of use.
For machine lacing/sewing lubrication is applied to provide resistance to high needle temperatures and increase productivity and for hand lacing/winding, waxing is applied to ease in use.
Also other specific applications may be performed for special motors such as refrigerator motors which work in closed enviroment and must be lubricant free.

SOLUTIONS FOR SPRING & CORD SYSTEMS
Spring and cords mechanism such as the ones used in lid systems require very low elongation and durability after repeated use. In order satisfy these requirements finishing applications are made and the final cords. Repetition tests with dynamic loads are performed to control that the cords do meet the required criteria of customers.
Proper raw materials are chosen and cords are designed with respect to the working environment and conditions Pre-stretching and other mechanical and chemical application are performed to prevent elongation of the cords under repeated loads Proper chemical are applied to reduce the friction and to prevent abrasion of the cords and the contact surface
CORDS FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

SEWING THREADS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Industrial sewing may have very different technical requirements due to working enviroments, conditions and sewing threads must satisfy these requirement to prevent loses in productivy and product quality.
With this understanding Kord Iplik desings sewing threads specifically for the area of use. Kevlar, polyamide, polyester and similar raw material are used and various finishing technics are applied to meet the requriments. Packaging is also selected based on the area of use and sewing machines to increase productivity.
