The multi roller coating system is suitable to achieve an overall, compact coating on a textile or non-textile substrate.
Almost all kinds of lamination of different materials such as woven or knitted fabrics, nonwoven, artificial leather, papers and foils/films/membranes are possible on this series of hot melt coating lamination machine.
For coatings and laminations where softness and elasticity of the laminate is of lesser importance, a variety of net shaped or lined patterns are also applied.

1.The non-weft fabric production line adopts stable mechanical operation rollers and special-shaped devices to spread the fibre evenly, impregnate with resin glue and lamination with the carrier PE film, dry and solidify, and then go through the 0/90º orthogonal lamination in the back. The product has excellent properties such as low density, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and strong cutting resistance.
2. The equipment uses resin adhesives to produce UD non-weft fabrics (PE UD and Aramid).
3. Adopt HMI+PLC control system, easy operation, high production efficiency, and reduce the tedious operation.
4. The mirror surface processing rollers are used for fibre pulling and fibre laying to ensure that the damage to the fiber performance is reduced to the greatest extent during the operation.
5. The machine adopts gear transmission, which has strong torque transmission and stability.

The double belt conveyors method allows for the continuous production of sheet and plate materials as well.
Under the influence of certain process parameters such as pressure, heating temperature, cooling temperature, speed, and inlet/outlet clearance, thermoplastic adhesives can be used to bond, coat, or compress various materials in rolls or sheets. By considering the specific requirements of each application, the double belt press can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of different industries.
In order to avoid possible irregularities and ensure the uniformity of the composite material, the materials are slowly heated and pressurized in different heating areas to achieve the required performance, and then bonded together. The cooling system is also divided into multiple areas to ensure the suitable cooling effect of the product. Divided zones of heating and cooling play a decisive role here.
We provide height adjustable pressure rollers to meet the high pressure requirements for materials. This pair of pressure rollers is placed between the heating and cooling systems, and temperature control functions are available for choice.

Hot Melt Spraying Scattering Lamination Machine for Activated Carbon Filters sprays hot melt adhesive in fibrous form onto the base material and scatters carbon materials onto the hot melt adhesive surface to realize attachment and laminating another layer of base material using hot melt adhesive. Compared with traditional line of pre-stirring carbon and powder, this spray-scatter new technology does not need high-power drying oven.The amount of hot melt adhesive and powder can be set as per user needs.
