Fabric Features
Flame retardant properties：
Polyimide knitted fleece fabric has excellent flame retardant properties, and its LOI is more than 38%, which belongs to the most advanced flame retardant fabric non combustible fabric; There is no afterglow time when burning in case of fire. The smoke emission is very small. There is no melting drop and secondary pollution and injury; Due to the high temperature resistance of polyimide fiber, the damage length in case of fire is very small, less than 20 mm, which is far better than similar products. It can provide durable strong protection.
Thermal insulation performance:
Polyimide knitted fleece fabric adopts double-side fleece processing technology. The fabric surface feels plump and tidy with bright gloss. The CLO value of 260g/m2 fleece fabric is 1.312, which is much higher than other flame retardant fleece products.
Natural antibacterial properties：
The fabric has natural antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is more than 90%.
Far infrared health care：
Polyimide fabrics meet the national standard(0.8) for the far-infrared healthcare product with a far infrared ray of 4~16μm and normal emittance of 0.88.
