Gaskets and shapes

Braided packing made of high temperature resistant fibers, in round - square - rectangular section.

This packings are compact and flexible, ideal for use as seals for doors in ovens, boilers, stoves, fireplaces, dryers, cars for tunnel ovens, joints.
 

Standard dimension: from 4mm to 100mm

Tretaments available: graphite, silicon, ptfe, vericulite WS, black colour, grey colour, overbraid with AISI.

In addition to standard braided packing is also possible to have soft braided cords, made of a pure fiber core (glass, silica, vetraltemp or ceramic)

working temperatures:

Glass fibers 550 - 750 - 800°C

Silica fibers  1000°C

Vetraltemp fibers 650 - 1000°C

Ceramic fibers     500 - 1050°C

other fibers for a complete range from:

-200°C   /  + 1200°C

A wide range of solutions in available combining different fabrics and insulating materials (felts, blankets, high temperature papers and sheets...). Each product is developed on the special needs of the customer.

E-glass fiber fabric are available in different forms and tickness, lomstate or treated one or both sides.

• HTM         High temperature treatments

Webbing tapes for thermal insulation are available in differend sizes and forms:

• caramelized - heat treatet
