Harness Frames

Light metal harness frames in riderless execution or with single- or double-row plastic slide hooks and endbraces either in wood, steel or aluminum. According to customer‘s requirements the driving elements
will be adjusted to the dobby. These frames show best performance in heavy duty metal weaving and
leno applications and can also be offered for paper felt applications.

Frames for SULZER Projectile Looms

DERIX harness frames for projectile looms are a combination of upper aluminum and lower steel profile.
They are compatible to all projectile weaving machines from 85“ to 220“.

Hybrid harness frames

DERIX hybrid harness frames for high-performance weaving machines with high weft insertion capacity. The combination of proven functional elements with carbon fiber reinforcement makes it possible to build weaving shafts with high dynamic rigidity and low weight.

Thanks to modern manufacturing processes, the System 3200 allows the lateral support and shaft coupling to be connected precisely and in line with the load.

Special versions of weaving shafts without center stays are available as hybrid variants, enabling easy handling in weaving preparation with increased dynamic load capacity in the weaving process.

All commercially available healds can be used reliably and easily on passing machines.

Weaving healds

Flat steel healds

DERIX flat steel healds meet the highest quality standards. They are made from high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel.

Friction between the heald and the thread is reduced to a minimum by very careful and intensive surface treatment.

Depending on the fiber material being processed, DERIX offers galvanized, nickel-plated, or stainless flat steel healds.

Twin Wire Healds

DERIX Twin Wire Healds are used successfully in all areas of weaving technology.

By varying the

Leno healds

DERIX Leno healds are suitable for all conventional, negatively controlled twist weaving processes.

In accordance with standardized heald bars, twisting healds with C-, J-, or O-shaped end eyes are available in various lengths.

In combination with lifting frames and a doup frame, this results in unlimited possibilities for patterning and a high degree of flexibility for changing articles.

DERIX Leno healds are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel or plastic for optimal performance in every application.

Airjet Cleaners are used in different textile machines in order to prevent contamination by dust and fly lint.
