Roller at the end of the production line of the nonwoven material  for straight and hard rolling the fabric uninterruptedly. The machine continuously detects faults created in the fleece forming process by camera and automatically labels  them while rolling. When the roll of newly produced and inspected material reaches a certain diameter or weight, the fabric is cut transversally and the rolling of a new mother roll is started up automatically.

The winder is a separate unit to process the mother rolls and remove the production faults while unrolling. After the fault in the fabric is eliminated by cross cutting the material and sewing both parts together again, the material is rerolled into the output rolls which must be flawless of creases, folds and layers.  If desired, the rolls can also be cut to smaller sizes.
