Recycled FR Workwear (93/5/2) – From Rejected Uniforms to Renewed Protection
Description
We recycle rejected and waste FR (Flame-Resistant) uniforms and convert them into high-performance yarns and fabrics for protective applications.
Instead of allowing defective, surplus, or end-of-life FR garments to go to landfill, we recover the inherent flame-resistant fibres and reprocess them into technically viable yarn. These yarns are then engineered into new FR fabrics and workwear solutions.
What We Recycle:
-
Rejected FR uniforms
-
Production cutting waste
-
Surplus or off-spec garments
-
Industrial post-use FR apparel (subject to sorting and quality control)
Key Benefits:
-
Retains inherent flame-resistant properties
-
Maintains thermal protection performance
-
Very cost-effective compared to virgin FR materials
-
Reduces landfill and textile waste
-
Supports circular economy in protective textiles
