Personal protective fabric made of FR yarn does not burn, melt or bring poison gas. Permanent flame resistant fibers are materials that have flame resistance built into their chemical structures. Ebruzen Textile offers permanent flame resistant yarns and fabrics composed of Aramid , and Modacrylic materials under the Ebruzen brand. The protection is built into the fiber itself and can “never be worn away or washed out” amd cannot be compromised. It is crucial for the wearer to know the flame resistant protection is always there.

FR Aramid Fabrics, when exposed to flame, the aramid fiber swells and becomes thicker, forming a protective barrier between the heat source and the skin. This protective barrier stays supple until it cools, giving the wearer vital extra seconds of protection to escape.

Constructed using advanced patented technology, our fabrics are comprised of a proprietary blend of high-performance fibers and are inherently flame retardant. Lightweight, flexible, and odor resistant, they also combine comfort with an extreme level of thermal protection.FR fabrics significantly outperform competitive flame-retardant textiles. In field tests conducted over the course of several years and across multiple applications, our flame-retardant fabrics have consistently proven their ability to withstand heat and direct flame for up to 20 times longer than other flame-retardant options.

The term fire-retardant as applied to organic (i.e., containing carbon) materials, is intended to refer to reduced fire hazard, as all will burn under certain circumstances.

ESD Lab Coat

ESD Lab Coat

An ESD lab coat has carbon fibers woven into the lab coat. The coat serves as a Faraday cage between the operator and the hardware. When properly used, it reduces the possibility of a charge being transferred from the operator to the hardware.

ESD Lab Coat provides shielding from static charges on your clothing. Patented Hip-to-Cuff grounding system ensures proper grounding without requiring wristbands that can inhibit your movement.

According to IEC EN 61340, the high level of static electricity generated by garment is the main cause of ESD damage, in EPA working environments, the build up of static electricity that may discharge suddenly is a primary concern ESD garments are integral parts of an effective ESD control system, ensuring that static electricity generated by clothing is dissipated away from sensitive products susceptible to ESD damage.
ESD lab coat is specially designed to use in EPA working environments and ensure excellent electrostatic dissipative performance in low humidity situation, in addition, made of a low tribo-charging fabric has a surface resistivity of 106 – 109 Ohms.
