In our ring spinning mill with a capacity of 10,800 spindles located in Antalya OSB, mostly flame resistant technical yarns are produced with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons, and annually 1 million meters of technical fabric is produced in our 8 high technology Itema weaving looms.

AKATEK is an ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certified company. Our yarns & fabrics are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.

Besides, AKATEK is Global Recycled Standard (GRS), Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) and Organic Content Standard (OCS) certified.

In 2022, The Solar Power Plant (SPP) installation finalized on the roof our AKATEK Technical Textile spinning and weaving mill in Antalya. At the beginning of 2024, SPP Phase 2 completed. It will produce 2200 MWh of electricity, prevent 1100 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and save 2630 trees per year.
