LERTISAN HE 1800 provides one-time hydrophilicity and can be used as primary and secondary spin finish for polypropylene and polyester staple fibers. For applications requiring durable hydrophilicity combined with enhanced softness, LERTISAN HD 1022 offers a reliable solution. As part of our next-generation portfolio, LERTISAN HD 1095 features an optimized emulsion stability making it particularly suitable for high-concentration emulsions in kiss roll applications. It delivers fast liquid absorption, and a pleasant textile touch on spunbond nonwovens.

FASAVIN TC grades are engineered to deliver the required yarn properties directly during extrusion. Depending on the polymer type, they provide temperature resistance up to 250 °C and ensure reliable processing in modern high-speed spinning processes.

With ANTHYDRIN, Zschimmer & Schwarz offers effective water-repellent solutions designed to meet modern environmental requirements. The ANTHYDRIN product line comprises fluorine- and silicone-free finishes that avoid critical substances such as PFOS and PFOA while maintaining excellent performance.

Despite being fluorine-free, ANTHYDRIN provides very good water repellency and wash resistance, combined with a pleasant soft handle.

ANTHYDRIN CFC is a durable water-repellent finish for synthetic fibers and their blends, while ANTHYDRIN DNF is a paraffin-based solution suitable for a wide range of textile substrates, providing reliable water repellency and a soft handle.

Conventional constructions rely on multi-material composites using SBR-latex or polyurethane backings. At the end of life, the complex material structure makes separation for recycling particularly challenging.

FASALOOP replaces conventional backings with advanced polyester- and polyolefin-based systems. This enables the design of mono-material constructions that can be recycled without complex material separation.

In artificial turf applications, polyolefin fibers tufted into a polyolefin primary backing can be combined with a polyolefin-based FASALOOP secondary backing, allowing the entire system to be recycled as one material stream. The same principle applies to polyester-based carpet constructions, including automotive interiors.

FASALOOP represents a decisive step toward closing material loops and reducing the overall CO₂ footprint.
