Monofilament/Yarn-

Yao I has great knowledge of raw material and professional experience in extruding process, through those advantages to recommend material type or adjustment the machine parameter to reach customer’s demand of physical performance. All of the mono or yarn using dope-dye process, the color will be lastly and the process is no water pollution. We have unique technology, such as co-extrusion process to create the bonding ability for mono or yarn letting fabric without any addictive to reach sustainability, and bi-color process for mono or yarn to create Melange effect in fabric. The specification and color can be customized.

Fabrics-

Yao I uses functional mono or yarn that extruding by ourselves into fabrics to enhance the strength and durable performance. We have weaving and knitting machines in house, all of the process finished in our factory, including extrusion, weaving or knitting, heat setting process, so it easy to control the quality and lead time. The pattern can be customized, ex. repeat pattern, jacquard pattern, one piece upper. We also have recycled and bio-based version to match sustainability. The advantages of our fabrics as following:
