Twisting machine model TWISTER with 2 head elements.
Completely electronic.
It winds directly the twisted yarn, after waxing it with a motorized waxing device.
The motors of the hollow spindles are set in motion separately by the motor that drives the distributing rollers for winding the twisted yarn. It permits an innumerable range of twists per meter, as it is not necessary to work with belts, pulleys, etc.
Twists per meter: from 9 to 200.
Speed of the hollow spindle motors: adjustable from 1500 to 6000 rpm.
Winding speed: adjustable from 36 to 250 mt/min.
Supplied with 5 electronic sensors for the feeding yarns from the creel and with electronic sensors on the yarns from the hollow spindles, allowing twisting of up to 6 plies per head.
Automatic stop in case of:
• breakage or lack of one of the plies.
• too unbalanced cones have been placed on the hollow spindles.
• the preset diameter has been reached.
The machine also operates as Assembly Winder and as Winder.
The multi-function keyboard with display shows the diagnostics and allows:
• setting and viewing the number of twists and the speed (mt/min).
• using the meter counter whenever required.
• setting 4 “working memories”.
It operates in 5 languages: English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.
The modular structure permits aligning the desired number of heads without limit.

In model TWISTERF it is also possible to create yarns with “flame/nep” effect.
The dimension and the distance between one flame/nep and the other can be adjusted.

Electronic cone-to-cone winder model SED has been developed after extensive research and in strict collaboration with the final users. It functions as a normal cone-to-cone winder and allows for the recovery of yarn from defective knitted garments.

Main characteristics are:
• Speed: independent and adjustable in each head. It is possible to optimize the speed of each single ply of yarn.
• Anti-stirrup device. Avoids the malformation of the packages.
• Each head is completely independent from the others. For example: it is possible to use some heads for recovery and others to perform normal winding operations.
• Acceleration ramps and electronic braking controlled in each head, and yarn paths protected by porcelain, avoid any rubbings dangerous for the yarn quality.
• Radial anti patterning system: adjustable in each head.prevents the breakage of delicate yarns.
• Standard equipment includes an electronic multi-function meter counter, independent and adjustable in each head. It allows for easy setup with just a few operations and enables the user to select the desired function (recovering or winding) with the corresponding head.
• Complete with cloth support.

Assembly / Doubling Winder model SEB/1

The electronic assembly winder model SEB/1 with grooved drum is very versatile and permits winding most yarns without ever damaging the yarn's final quality.

Speed can be adjusted electronically.

The different radial anti-patterning systems, acceleration ramp, counterweight, sliding cone holder, and all yarn passages protected by ceramic guarantee the achievement of excellent results concerning productivity, quality of the packages, and the yarn itself.

In case of a stop, the electronic braking of the grooved drum (adjustable) prevents the package from continuing to turn by inertia.

Supplied with creel in machine for 3 (or 4) plies.

Tension can be adjusted independently in each ply.

Each ply is controlled by a sensor that, in case of failure, lack of yarn, or if the preset meters have been reached, transmits an impulse to the yarn cutter (with on/off switch) that cuts all the plies.

Available with traverse 6" or 8".

Complete with "controlled" and adjustable acceleration ramp.

Two for one (TFO) Twisting machine model RITO

It is normally used in laboratories for the production of small lots of twisted yarn and/or for the creation of samples of yarn to be reproduced in “industrial” twisting machines.
Machine is available with feeding from 6” or 8”.
Diameter of the twisting fuse: 160 mm.
Automatic threading by compressed air.
Optical sensor.
Through the touchscreen display operator can set:
• Overfeeding from -150% to + 150%.
• Rotation speed of the fuse from 100 to 12.000 RPM.
• Winding speed from 4 to 800 mt/min.
• Twist type: S or Z.
• Meter counter function.
• No. of twists per meter adjustable from 1 to 3400.
The setting of the parameters in the display such as the use of the machine are easy and intuitive.
The high quality of the materials used in the building process makes the machine more solid
and lasting in time.
Maintenance is made easily and is limited to the normal cleaning.

Steamer model VAPO

Steamer “VAPO” set the twisted yarn.
The process by direct steam combines the action of humidity and heat.
It is possible to adjust the duration of the working cycle.
Working temperature between 70° and 90°C.

It deals with a winder MODEL SE, complete with INTERMINGLING DEVICE (Air Jet) and ELECTRONIC FEEDER with digital control in each head. The intermingling process consists of “combining” an elastomeric yarn with a textured yarn or different yarn types in order to obtain a bigger yarn count or a “fancy” yarn.
In practice there is an airflow that opens and closes the fiber.
The working parameters (speed, meter counter, drawing of the elastomeric yarn, ...) are adjustable in each head.
By changing the pressure of the compressed air and the winding speed, it is possible to change the intermingling points and consequently the final result.
The tension is comb type.
