This patented machine combines the advantages of a high performance washing box, with the versatility of the jigger methodology.

The machine can carry out processes of pre-treatment (desizing, scouring and bleaching) and also washing after dyeing/printing with only 9 meter of space.

We can desize and bleach natural fibers with only 5-6 L/kg and with a production of 20-30.000 m/day.

Hydra can also wash after reactive dyeing with only 4-6L/kg with a production capacity of 30-35.000 m/day

And washing after printing with 15-20 L/kg with a production of 12-15.000 m/day

We can also carry out different wet processes thanks of the versatility that a discontinuous machine gives, but with the washing efficiency that TVE ESCALE technologies have.

All low consumptions are due to the performance of washing (combination of vacuum and submerged suction) and the speed of the machine (200 m/min).
