Our Products

Padding as Alternative to Down & Feather
New padding for apparel insulation
High bulkiness and softness, compared to general ball fiber
High rebounding and less thickness reduction, compare to opened fiber
Composed only of polyester

TECHNOFORCE®︎ STEEL
TECHNOFORCE®︎ STEEL, a new material developed by Teijin Frontier, is an ultra-lightweight and ultra-high-strength UHMWPE fabric. Compared to other outdoor fabrics, it is the lightest and strongest fabric available. In particular, it is 5 to 8 times stronger than other outdoor fabrics in terms of tear strength. In addition, one of the main characteristics of this fabric is its unique texture in both look and feel.

Eco-friendly Technology for Tires, Hoses and Belts
<Chemical Recycling Polyester Fibers for Tires, Hoses and Belts>
The performance of this recycling PET fiber is equivalent to petroleum derived one without losing its quality. New technology also lowers environmental load compared to conventional recycling.
<Solvent Alternative Water-based Adhesive Technology for Belts>
Solvent based adhesives are widely used to promote adhesion between the cable cords of raw edge belts. As an alternative to less environmentally friendly solvent based adhesives that may cause work safety issues at cord production factories, our company has developed a water based adhesive technology.

Caring for the Environment through Materials (recycled / less water usage / Long-term use / biodegradable)
<Recycled polyester>
Our experiences of the recycled-polyester development for more than decades can bring you variations of materials for apparel, sports, interior, industrial and more fields. As related products, we exhibit non-woven fabrics, cushioning materials, artificial leathers, etc.
‘<Dope Dye Staple fiber (DDS)>
DDS is a colored polyester fiber, which is produced by mixing with colored pigments, and has multiple color valuations. DDS has good color fastness and is environmentally friendly because it does not need an additional dyeing process that uses a large amount of water. It can be used for a variety of applications.
<High Performance Cushion Material elk®>
While existing polyurethane materials turn yellow over time, elk® undergoes almost less yellowing, so it can be used for a long time.
elk® 's fibers are tangled 3-dimention. Thanks to this structure, the material rapidly releases moisture through the space between the fibers. This is elk® 's high level of air permeability, without
accumulating moisture inside. The cushion material breathes, realizing better comfort.
elk® is a cushioning material 20-30% lighter than polyurethane foam, helping to lighten products.
<Biodegradable fiber and film>

New Construction Membrane for PFAS restriction
New construction membrane material for PFAS regulation developed by Teijin Frontier. It does not contain resins of PFAS-regulated substances. It is polyester or glass-fiber based material with a special resin for high flexibility and durability and applicable for construction of various membrane structures.
