TAY srl is a dynamic company, that bases its experience in a consolidate know-how in the technical textile field, due to this it has acquired clients in more than 20 nations subdivided in three continents. The key word of the company is: “create together”, in fact TAY is not only a simple supplier but a con-crete and real partner for the clients that want create innovatory and competitive products able to win the difficult challenges in today’s market.

SEWING THREADS
Using the stretch broken technology and a particular process of finishing, we can produce sewing threads in meta-aramide, para-aramide, and hybrid compositions that can be used in different sewing methods. The possibility to supply sewing threads in different shape such as metered king spool and bobbins permit the client to optimized its own production with a high added value yarn.
CUT RESISTANT YARN
We produce and supply technical yarns for the production of cut resistant fabrics and gloves that can obtain the highest cut level in respect of the main European and US standard ASTM, EN388 , UNI ISO and ANSI.
We use as raw material: UHMW PE ,Para-aramide, glass, steel and other technical fibers.
HEAT RESISTANT YARN
We produce yarn for any kind of heat resistant application and we’re very proud to be one of the most appreciated makers of these technical yarns. Fire-blocking cover, fight fire cloths and fireproof fabrics are only some of the applica-tions.

REGENERTED YARN
The regenerated para-aramide fibers maintain some technical properties similiar to original fibers: in particular the very high cut resistance, tenacity and heat resistance makes this fiber very important in the industrial textiles production and fabrics in which even the price has an important role. It is worth noticing that the regeneration process of yarns creates fibrils mobility which is favorable to the cut resistance and thermal insulation. The regeneration process is really elaborate we spent last years researching new recycling method to have really stable a good quality results.
