EDOLAN® Bio-PB is a 50% solids bio-based aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. The bio-based content is 56%. EDOLAN® Bio-PB is suitable as basecoat on several different substrates ranging from cotton, polyester, and polyamide.

EDOLAN® Bio-PB is developed for textile coating applications. The main application areas will be technical textiles like, backpacks, tents and outdoor. EDOLAN® Bio-PB may also be used by screen application in the correct formulation.

EDOLAN® Bio-PB needs to be formulated with several additives for optimized performance. Hardness of the coating film can be optimized by mixing with EDOLAN® Bio-PT.
