DD2000E / DD2000GTE

Our DD2000E and DD2000GTE are two-for-one twisting machines designed for standard grades of technical yarn, tape and monofilament production of PE, PET, PP and PA. Certain applications require additional equipment such as twisting flyer or additional lubrication, which of course are available.

But also, specialties like Aramid or UHMWPE can be twisted at the DD2000E without reducing the properties of the materials. Special yarn guiding elements avoid damages of single filaments of these high-performance materials.

The twisted yarn is wound with a yarn-tension-controlled precision take-up head. In addition to precision winding, random winding is also available in order to meet all customer requirements.

Our twisting machines offer a high flexibility. The control of the twisting machine enables the arrangement of groups, running with different settings. Additionally, each position can be turned on and off.

WinTape

The yarn-tension controlled take-up heads of STC Spinnzwirn are known worldwide. Over 50,000 winding take-up heads are running since 1991 with a wide variety of different materials.

STC Spinnzwirn focuses on the winding of cellulose-based yarn such as fine viscose, rayon or lyocell as well as special materials such as acrylic.

The WinTape is an automatic take-up head with a different concept. It is rotated by 90°, has only one chuck and offers two operation sides: thread handling at the front and bobbin handling at the back. With tube magazine, yarn end fixation and parking positions for full bobbins, the WinTape is the ideal partner for anyone who wants to have a fully automatic take-up - whether with a conveyor belt or a robot.

Texturing

Texturing solutions are available as inline or offline versions combined with automatic winders or combined with spiral wrapping and automatic winders for maximum flexibility.

Spiral wrapping

Spiral wrapping solutions for artificial turf yarns is available as an inline process. The inline system means less waste, fewer operators and no interim storage of the packages.

ASW/babyASW/WinTens

Three strong models for winding yarn for technical applications. The requirements for these yarns are very special. Millions of people entrust their live every day to these yarns for instance: on the road, at work or at leisure activities.

The yarn is laid optimally to the bobbin with the traversing system camshaft (WinTens and babyASW) or a combination of camshaft and grooved roll (ASW). The automatic yarn transfer guarantees bobbins with the same running length.
