JUST PLM (Design)
is able to optimize collaboration between production areas and suppliers as well as simplify the activities related to the sales management (for example the forecasting) and to automate the processes of collecting and managing information along the entire production chain.
JUST PLANNING (Scheduling)
essential to help in planning the entire production chain. Thanks to its robust core, this module is able to extract real-time information in order to plan production. It carries out feasibility studies, analyses materials and performs simulations with different scenarios according to different needs.
JUST MONITORING (Progression)
tracks different types of data collected on a real-time basis by a wide variety of machines (also located in multiple departments) and helps to control the production cycle, reacting quickly on every critical issue. Easy to use with industrial PCs and touch screens devices (smartphones, tablets).
The collected data can be used to create reports and analysis, to identify any mismatch between theoretical and current production and the reasons for machine downtime or OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to define KPIs.

Planning the whole production chain of the company, even single or multi-site, with specific control function through an interactive drag&drop Gantt or Perth chart.

The historical analysis and the algorithms of just planning allow to find the optimal load of the machinery considering setting times, delivery dates, efficiency, priorities, etc.. being able to act also on the different parameters for each department.
