Uniform “tension” is very important during weaving operations, the efficiency of which is greatly improved by the regularity of the warp at all diameters of the beam. For special technical textiles applications, such as carpet-backing, nets, wall-coverings, coated fabrics, etc., compliance with this important parameter is ensured by the beaming machine, where the winding tension between the driven rollers and the weaving beam is perfectly controlled and regulated.

Our machines have separate drives for transport rollers and the weaving beam, which are synchronized by sophisticated management on the part of the machine control in order to ensure the best possible tension control and avoidance of yarn slippage.

Excellent beaming from the creel with heavy and rigid fibers such as glass, aramid, polypropylene and mineral is guaranteed even with a large working width and large diameter.

The machine program includes the "PT" series with a compact layout and the "PS" series with a separate transport roller group for more convenient and easier access to the chain, even with large working widths.

A precisely working pressing device with pressure rollers ensures an extremely even winding hardness.
