Glass and polyester fabrics: our Compotex PS system is a water-based treatment that gives excellent adhesion between glass or polyester fabrics and silicone rubber. We also have experience of using dyes in the treatment – so the fabric is coloured and treated at the same time.Silica fabrics: for high performance high temperature resistant parts that are faced with silicone rubber.Aramid fabrics: we offer fabric treatments based on silane chemistry which is ideal for meta-aramid fabrics to bond to silicone rubber.
Our standard RFL dips are for adhesion to Natural Rubber/SBR, Neoprene, Nitrile Rubber and peroxide and sulphur curing EPDM.We RFL dip polyamide, activated polyester and standard polyester and cotton fabrics. We also have treatments for the adhesion of glass, aramid and vectran fabrics to rubber.

Compotex dips glass fabrics in silica, graphite, vermiculite and polymers.
