About us

Compotex Limited and Compotex GmbH dip fabric for adhesion to rubber.

We are market leaders in adhesion of fabrics to special rubber compounds. All our treatments are water-based. We do not use solvents.

We offer dipped fabrics for adhesion to NR/SBR, Neoprene, NBR, peroxide and sulphur curing EPDM, peroxide Silicone, Chlorobutyl rubber and other special rubbers.

We work with many textile and rubber companies and often work on commission.

We have no minimum order quantities, our machinery is perfect for new developments and small production quantities to get a new product approved.

Fabric for adhesion to peroxide and sulphur curing EPDM

Compotex offers nylon, polyester, aramid and vectran fabrics for adhesion to peroxide and sulphur curing EPDM rubber.

Glass and silica fabric for heat protection

Compotex dips glass fabrics in silica, graphite, vermiculite and polymers.

We also process narrow tapes.

Fabric for adhesion to silicone rubber

Glass and polyester fabrics: our Compotex PS system is a water-based treatment that gives excellent adhesion between glass or polyester fabrics and silicone rubber. We also have experience of using dyes in the treatment – so the fabric is coloured and treated at the same time.

Silica fabrics: for high performance high temperature resistant parts that are faced with silicone rubber.

Aramid fabrics: we offer fabric treatments based on silane chemistry which is ideal for meta-aramid fabrics to bond to silicone rubber.

RFL Dipped Fabric

Our standard RFL dips are for adhesion to Natural Rubber/SBR, Neoprene, Nitrile Rubber and peroxide and sulphur curing EPDM.

We RFL dip polyamide, activated polyester and standard polyester and cotton fabrics. We also have treatments for the adhesion of glass, aramid and vectran fabrics to rubber.

RFL Nitrile NBR

Compotex offers nylon, polyester, aramid and vectran fabrics for adhesion to sulphur curing Nitrile rubber (NBR).
