Xuzhou Henghui Braiding Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of braiding machinery. Henghui covers an area of more than 300,000 squaremeters, It has more than 500 employee.
The company has more than 300 advanced processing equipments for casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly, surface spray and other processes, including more than 20 large-scale boring and milling CNC machining centers, and more than 100 CNC lathes and CNC lathes. All parts of braiding machinery are processed by advanced CNC machine tools and multi-functional automatic compound machine tools at home and abroad to ensure the machining accuracy of part.
Henghui’s braiding machinery has a total of 18 series with thousands kinds, ranging from 3 spindles to 448 spindles, in order to meet the various needs of different industries, different fields and different users. Braiding machinery products cover a wide range of daily civil applications such as shoelace, garments accessories, shoe material, fishing lines, fishing nets, wire and cable, and sports cord, also applocation in the medical, petrochemical, automotive, marine rope, aerospace, military and composites, etc.
In 2020 we started the cooperation with Co. Mahesh Twisto Tech Europe Ltd. as our Europian partner for sales and technical support of our machinery in Europe.

Braiding machines for technical applications
This machine series is suitable for technical braided products in diferent industries and applications. The braided materials can be SS/copper wire, fiber glass, carbon etc.Some of machines we are making for horizontal braided products.
Bobbin winders for braiding machines
Our bobbin winders are suitable for all kinds of our bobbins for braiding machines. Our bobbin winders can be equiped with independent meter counters for each head, eletronic winding step and RPM regulation.
Textile braiding machine
This machine series is suitable for all kinds of flat and round braided products in textile industry. Machines are mostly on horngear sizes from 80mm to 110mm with different no. of carriers in braiding head. All machines are equiped with AC drive for soft start of the machine and horngear RPM regulation during the operation.
Rope braiding machines
This machine series is suitable for production of all kind of ropes. Machines are mostly on horngear sizes from 120mm to 1088mm with different no. of carriers in braiding head. All machines are equiped with AC drive for soft start of the machine and horngear RPM regulation during the operation. For the bigger braiders from horngear size 140 we are offering electronic lay length regulation in standart. Machines can be combined with different types of winders and special devices up to customer demand.
Special types of textile braiding machines
This machine series is for special braided products for textile industry, mainly for fashion. These machines have mostly combined braiding heads to produce required product.
