Our Products

PP Yarns & Fibres
Polypropylene Multifilament Yarns of high and medium tenacity. They come in three different types (Intermingled, Twisted, Cabled), with a wide denier range varying from 300 to 22,000.
USES & FUNCTIONS
Thrace Group PP Multifilament Yarns are the ideal starting material for weaving, braiding and twisting. Their technical characteristics offer resistance to acids and alkalies.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
- The wide range of our PP Multifilament Yarns is supported by a rich colour palette that includes natural, black and a large variety of colours, with tested colour fastness.
- They all offer excellent technical parameters, with high tenacity, chemical resistance and flexibility. Precision winding is available for coarse yarns.
- High quality twisting ensures an excellent result in warping, weaving and braiding.

Furniture & Bedding Nonwovens
Thrace Group range of nonwovens consists of spunlaid, continuous filament, thermally bonded and needlepunched fabrics made out of 100% polypropylene. They are all non-toxic materials, with a wide variety of characteristics.
USES & FUNCTIONS
Thrace Group Spunbond Nonwoven is widely used in the furniture and bedding industry. Its high tensile strength & elongation along with its two bonding patterns make it suitable for the manufacture of pillow cases, neatening fabrics, separating layers, dust covers, cushion fabrics, pocket springs, bottom and back covers, quilting layers. It is also used as a home textile for table cloths, matress covers, suit covers and curtain blinds. Our Needlepunched Nonwoven is used for the construction of furniture and bedding. Thrace Group Nonwoven fabrics meet the OEKO TEX standard 100-class I and are tested according to IKEA methods. They are compatible with various international flammability standards.

Nonwoven Geotextiles
Thrace Group Nonwoven Geotextiles are produced from 100% polypropylene and are specially designed to provide Reinforcement, Separation, Filtration, Drainage, Protection and Erosion Control. Depending on their special mechanical and hydraulic properties, they are suitable for being used as:
- separators, to prevent the intermixing of the different soil layer types
- filters, to allow the flow of fluids while preventing the passage of soil particles
- protective layers for geomembranes in landfills
Thrace Group Nonwoven Geotextiles are produced with the latest state-of-the-art fibre extruders and needle punching lines in Greece and Scotland. The vertical integrated production not only guarantees quality consistency, but also allows to provide lead times that satisfy customers’ needs.

Roofing Membranes
With 30 years of experience in the manufacture of engineered products, we supply the European construction industry with quality roofing membranes under the Daltex® brand name, along with private labels.
The use of correctly specified and properly installed high performance membranes can reduce the risk of condensation within the building fabric and can contribute to improved energy efficiency. There are three principal categories within our range of high performance underlays: Vapour Permeable Underlays, Vapour Barrier Underlays & Vapour Control Layers.
