Tepastex Outdoor Fabrics

TepasTex Outdoor Fabrics are specially developed for long-term outdoor use. We produce fabrics in accordance with Oekotex-Standard 100 and international quality standards. All fabrics that we produce has UV resistant features that block %99,9 of harmful sunlight. Due to our special dyeing process our fabrics are highly fade-resistant and keep its color consistent for very long period. We also offer wide color option for every need and style. Apart from these features Tepastex Outdoor Fabrics are %100 waterproof and water repellent. By implementing antifungal properties to Tepastex outdoor fabrics we are blocking mold formation. You also never need to think about weather conditions or mold formation just need to select one of our unique fabric and leave the rest to us.

TepasTex Military & Police Fabrics

TepasTex military vest and backpack fabrics are made from high tenacity polyester yarns and PA yarns. These fabrics can be used securely in the most difficult fields and situations. We use the most preferred yarns such as 600 D polyester, 900 D polyester, 500 D and 1000 D PA 6.6 in our fabrics.
Considering outdoor use, we apply PU coating to make the fabrics waterproof, special surface treatment to make the fabrics water repellent.
Camouflage printed and waterproof vest & backpack fabrics are designed to be resistant to weather conditions.
Flame retardant (F / R) treatment can also be applied to fabrics upon request.

TepasTex Tent Fabrics

TepasTex tent fabrics are specifically created to provide natural and durable usage. We produce %100 cotton or polycotton blended Canvas tent fabrics to keep natural touch and appearance.
Canvas weaving is preferred in our tent fabrics to maximize strength and durability.
The tent fabrics that we produce are waterproof, water resistant and dirt repellent.
ce them as F/R (Flame Retardant). We can also produce tent fabrics in every desired color with ultra-fade resistant dyes to resist outdoor weather conditions.
Tepastex tent fabrics provide maximum UV protection and labeled with UPF 80+ value according to UV 801 Standard.

TepasTex Softshell Fabrics

TepasTex Softshell Fabrics are the integration of high quality, high performance and ultra-comfort. Our advanced production technology allows to make softshell fabrics waterproof, water repellent, weatherproof and breathable. They are constructed with elastane to improve the comfort during usage. Depending on the usage field we are able to produce performance softshell fabrics consisting of 3 layers with windproof features or comfortable softshell fabrics consisting of 2 layers without windproof features.

TepasTex Laminated Fabrics

TepasTex Laminated Fabrics are consisting of inner fabric, membrane and outer fabric. Fleece fabrics are preferred as an inner fabric to create a comfort to the user. The highly breathable membrane is used as a core for moisture control and ultimate waterproofing. Stretchy polyester fabric is used as an outer shell to support comfort during movement.

Laminated fabrics have many features for comfortable use in extreme outdoor conditions. They are produced as %100 waterproof that can be securely used in heavy rain.
The outer shell of the fabric has a special hydrophobic treatment that provides water repellent and dirt resistant surface.
Our membrane laminated fabrics are also designed to be windproof to protect user from strong winds and other weather conditions.
Even if the fabrics are laminated, they are washable and suitable for dry cleaning.
The outer and inner shells can be produced in two different colors, including high visible colors.
