Sinowin Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd was founded in 2015. It is invested and held by Shanghai Mozi Co.,Ltd. The company's headquarter is located in Hongkou District, Shanghai, and its production base is located in Hebi City, Henan Province, China. Sinowin mainly produces 4 series of products: nylon 66 high-strength FDY filaments, tire cord fabrics, industrial staple fibers, and nylon 66 compound resins. The products are mainly used in automotive airbags, tire reinforcement materials, protective clothing, high-end sewing thread, parachutes, paper making felts, high-speed rail, electronic appliances and other fields.

Sinowin plans to build a comprehensive nylon industrial base with 90,000 tons of nylon 66 high-strength FDY filament yarn, 45,000 tons of nylon 66 tire cord fabric, 20,000 tons of nylon 66 industrial staple fiber and 40,000 tons of  nylon 66 compound resins. With a total construction area of 250,000 square meters, Sinowin is the first private enterprise in China to master the production technology of nylon 66 airbag yarn. Sinowin is the first private enterprise in China to get the production technology of nylon 66 airbag yarn. Our products have been supplied to the downstream OEMs in bulk, with the market share ranking the top three in China.

Sinowin spinning production line and cord fabric production line introduces the most advanced 6 pairs of hot rollers and 8 heads spinning equipments from Germany Oerlikon Barmag Company and a full set of glue mixing and soaking equipments from Germany Benninger Company. We have also introduced the on-line hairiness inspection system from Lenzing (Austria) and the fully-automatic tensile fiber machine from Textechno (Germany) to ensure that our products are of high quality and meet the needs of our customers.

Sinowin has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, TS16949, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Global Recycle Standard and other management system certifications, and has been certified as a national high-tech enterprise.
