Sanrhea's manufacturing plant features the finest machinery in the field, such as:

PRODUCTS:

Sanrhea's product manufacturing portfolio includes a vast ranges of Nylon and Polyester based RFL Dipped fabrics for Rubber Conveyer Belts, Chafer Fabrics for the Tyre industry, Dimensionally Stabilised Square Woven Fabrics for Brake Diaphragms and Rubber Inflatable Products as well as Heat Set, Polypropylene & Polyester Liner Fabrics for the Rubber Processing & Calendering Industry.

These offer best-in-class product solutions for India's leading Tyre, Conveyor-Belt and Rubber Products & Components manufacturing Industries.

CONVEYOR BELTING FABRICS:

These account for about 50% of Sanrhea's product output, and the company is one of the only two approved and established suppliers to both the reputed multinational companies having conveyor belt manufacturing facility in India.

These are made in N6, N66, EP & EE, and supplied in widths up to 183 cm and thicknesses up to 1500 GSM. Sanrhea also supplies Black Dipped Fabrics for customers requiring so. The company can weave and dip fatbrics up to NN400, and the entire range of EP Fabrics up to EP650.

Backed by approvals from the finest conveyer Belt manufacturers around the world, and drawing on its rock solid foundation of technical expertise, the company has been posting a fast growth rate in the sector.

Sanrhea has commenced commercial export on a container load basis to UAE, Europe, Iran and Serbia.

CHAFER/BREAKER FABRICS:

Sanrhea offers the industry's finest RFL Dipped Chafer Fabrics, with technical parameters far superior to all competing brands. Woven in widths up to 183 cm with ultra-sonic sound-cut & sealed edges, these are optimized for the Tyre Industry.

The company manufactures Wicking, Non-Wicking, Monofilament & Black Dipped Chafer Fabrics. Its Chafer Fabrics are also Supplied to Conveyor Belt-makers for Breaker Applications.

Sanrhea has also developed Rip Check Breaker fabric, widely supplied to India's best Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Manufactures.

DIMESIONALLY STABILISED SQUARE WOVEN FABRICS:

Sanrhea's dimensionally stabilised Square Woven Fabrics are certainly the first & perhaps the only quality choice available to the Infilatable Rubber. Products manufacturers and manufacturers of rubber products for Automobile Components.

Sanrhea is the only company that manufactures &supplies Brake Diaphragms to all three globally approved manufacturers of Brake Diaphragms of India. 

It is also the only company in the country whose fabrics are approved for Inflatable Floats & Boats to be supplied to the Defence forces.

Sanrhea's Diaphragm, Impression & Float Fabrics are made in a range of fabrics woven out of Nylon 6, Nylon 66 and EP (Polyester/ Nylon) & EE (Polyester Polyester) in widths up to 183 cm for RFL Dipped Fabrics, and upto 4.5 meters wide for Greigh Fabrics.

They are supplied as Dipped or Heat-Set, as per customers' choice.

The company also makes and supplies a range of specially designed/ tailor made fabrics for various other critical applications in the Rubber industry.

WARP-SHEET & STRETCH FABRICS :

Sanrhea has specially designed dynamically stabilised fabrics for Transmission Belts, Hose Pipes, Air Springs, Special Marine Inflatables and Tyre Patches vis-à-vis the conventional Tyre-Cord Fabrics being used by this market as a default and as an only available option. We have also designed a customer specific stretchable RFL Dipped fabrics for the production of Timing Belts.

The fabrics so designed not only have a greater bursting strength, but also handle better at the onward production process stage at the customers’ plant.

LINER FABRICS:

Sanrhea's Liner Fabrics line comprises of Woven Polypropylene Multi & Monofilament Fabrics in widths up to 183 cm, ideal for liner applications in the Rubber Calendering & Vulcanizing industry. It also supplies Polyester Liner fabrics for application of leader liners in RFL Dipping Lines and Polyester Liners for RFL Dipping plants. Liner fabrics are also supplied with silicon coating as required by some specific customers.

Though comparatively a smaller percentage of Sanrhea's output is in the segment of Polypropylene and Polyester (Silicon-coated) Liner Fabrics, These are supplied to various tyre and rubber product manufacturers in India, and exported to Sri Lanka, Turkey, Europe, Middle East, Malaysia and Philipines.

The company is putting a major focus on this segment and proposes to increase its presence in this market globally.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Sanrhea is an IS0 9001 certified company, and all its products adhere to industry-specific quality standards, and exceed them whenever possible.

The company operates a full-spectrum QC regimen, covering all procedures involving inward and outward materials flow, and entailing periodic in-line tests and stringent monitoring.

A mini-vulcanizing press facilitates production of sample belts and testing of their adhesion values. A fully equipped laboratory enables all quality control tests on yarns and fabrics.
