Resortecs provides pre-recycling textile disassembly and sorting service on an industrial scale.

Smart Disassembly™
Smart Disassembly™ is the world's first thermal disassembly system – combining the quality of manual methods with the speed of mechanical processes.
A fully automatic process empowering sorters and recyclers to disassemble textile products while removing zippers, elastic bands, and any other trims that hinders recycling 5x faster than manual disassembly. The low-oxygen chamber ensures no risks of fabric oxidation and recyclability rates as high as 90%.
Smart Stitch™ 190°C
Smart Stitch 190°C is a polyamide thread made from bio-sourced, continuous filament polyamide. It has been specifically designed for garments and materials that require high-temperature resistance (e.g. denim or workwear).
This heat-dissolvable stitching thread allows easy disassembly and efficient recycling. With this thread, garments become inherently designed for disassembly without creative nor quality trade-offs.
- Tex range: from 16 to 120

Smart Stitch™ 170°C
Smart Stitch 170°C is a polyolefin thread made from continuous filament polyolefin. It has been specifically designed for accessories, footwear and outerwear.
This heat-dissolvable stitching thread allows easy disassembly and efficient recycling. With this thread, garments become inherently designed for circularity without creative nor quality trade-offs.
